Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, including international corporates and household names in entertainment and sport.
  • Provide high-level technical tax support and advisory services to Partners and clients on complex tax issues.
  • Review corporate tax returns and computations prepared by junior staff, ensuring technical accuracy and identifying planning opportunities.
  • Oversee the smooth running of the compliance cycle, addressing issues and managing HMRC enquiries.
  • Act as a technical mentor, providing feedback and support to junior team members both in London and overseas.
  • Collaborate across the practice to ensure project delivery meets the high standards and realistic timeframes expected by the partnership.

As a Corporate Tax Manager you will:

  • Autonomously manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for tax matters.
