Our client is a fast-growing, tech-focused Top 30 accountancy firm with plans to develop their outsourcing offering into an industry-leading client service tailored to exact needs. The firm seeks to recruit a Manager who is either client-facing and looking for a move into a software-focused role, or a Software Advisory Manager who wants to bring their experience to a new firm.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing, implementing, and advising on cloud accounting software used within the Outsourcing service line, with a focus on apps for Dext, Xero, and Syft.
  • Internal consulting to service lines for process improvement and optimisation, as well as external delivery to clients.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and tech advancements and providing training to end users.
  • Reporting on internal performance, software usage, and vendor contracts.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of cloud accounting software including Xero, Castaway, and Syft.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Proven experience in accountancy, with knowledge of accounting technology; a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is desirable.
