Bookkeeper Responsibilities include:
- Processing sales and purchase ledgers using cloud accounting software.
- Regular reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
- Preparing year-end accounts with supporting reconciliations.
- VAT and month-end reporting, including Making Tax Digital submissions.
- Recognizing and highlighting VAT issues to ensure client compliance with relevant regulations.
As a Bookkeeper, you will have:
- 3-5+ years of experience working with clients in the media, film, or entertainment industries.
- Experience with Xero and QuickBooks Online.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
- Working knowledge of VAT legislation.
