Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver external audits from planning and risk assessment through to fieldwork, documentation, and final reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on-site, building strong relationships and providing valuable business insights.
- Mentor, coach, and review the work of junior auditors, providing on-the-job training and guidance.
- Identify high-risk audit areas, design appropriate testing procedures, and document complex findings clearly.
- Manage engagement budgets, monitor time reporting efficiently, and elevate key issues to managers collaboratively.
- Utilise advanced audit software and data analysis techniques (including InFlo and Mercia) to enhance audit quality.
