Operating from a well-situated Northampton office, the firm prides itself on its collaborative working culture, excellent staff retention, and direct Partner-level mentorship. br/ br/ Responsibilities As an Audit + Accounts Semi Senior / Senior you will: br/ br/ Prepare statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies using accounting systems such as IRIS, Xero, and Quick Books.
Support or lead audit assignments from initial planning and risk assessment through to fieldwork execution and file completion.
Draft accurate corporation tax computations and assist with personal tax calculations and VAT returns.
Prepare management accounts and handle bookkeeping tasks where required.
Liaise directly with client management teams and business owners, acting as a trusted main point of contact for day-to-day queries.
Identify areas where clients may benefit from additional advisory services or process improvements.
Work closely with Partners to deliver high-quality client service and assist in mentoring junior team members. br/ br/ What You+rsquo; ll Receive br/ br/ Study support package covering professional qualification expenses (ACA or ACCA).
Exposure to a broad client portfolio across varied sectors and business structures.
