Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation, submission, and review of annual tax returns for a delegated client base.
  • Provide high‑level advisory services on complex private client issues, including international and cross‑border matters.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HMRC, managing interventions, investigations, and voluntary disclosures.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities, including inheritance tax planning and offshore trust structuring.
  • Support senior partners on technical projects such as OMB restructuring, mergers, and successions.
  • Oversee the professional development of junior team members through active mentorship and review.
