Responsibilities As a Senior Associate you will: Prepare and review FRS105, FRS102 1A, and FRS102 statutory financial statements, including consolidated accounts.
Manage the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly management accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Review bookkeeping processes and leverage accounting software, such as Xero and Fathom, to ensure accurate reporting.
Oversee the preparation of VAT returns and provide ongoing software setup and technical assistance to clients.
Lead the training, supervision, and delegation of tasks to junior members of staff to foster team development.
Assist with new client onboarding procedures, including AML/KYC requirements and engagement letters.
Act as a key point of contact for client queries, delivering proactive and professional advisory support.
What You+rsquo; ll Receive 20 days+rsquo; paid holiday (increasing by 1 day per year of service, up to a maximum of 5 additional days) + Bank Holidays + 3+ndash;4 Christmas closure days.
