Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily within the corporate and not‑for‑profit sectors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex clients, overseeing the entire onboarding process.
- Review statutory accounts and working papers prepared by junior staff to ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Lead the promotion and implementation of online accounting services and cloud software solutions.
- Manage client billing, job recoverability, and the preparation of fee proposals.

- Work closely with Partners and Senior Management to drive department strategy.
