Responsibilities Produce complex annual statutory accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Provide proactive financial and accounting advice, offering best practice recommendations for Partner review.

Monitor client financial performance against revenue and profitability targets.

Coordinate the internal billing process and manage accurate fee progression.

Deliver high-level communication to foster enduring relationships with key client stakeholders.

As an Accounts Assistant Manager you will: Own and manage a dedicated client portfolio with minimal support from senior leadership.

Act as a primary mentor to junior team members, answering daily technical queries and guiding their career journeys.

Support and review the work of junior staff to ensure high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Record and analyze your chargeable time accurately using internal management systems.

Participate actively in soft skills development programs focused on advanced client and team management.
