Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic delivery of accounting, insight, and advisory services across a diverse, high‑value client portfolio, reporting directly to Client Relationship Partners on additional advisory lines and overall client care.
- Oversee and manage departmental working capital, taking complete ownership of budgeting, cost control, billing management, and debt recoverability to drive operational profitability.
- Spearhead regional and national business development strategies by driving lead generation, orchestrating comprehensive proposals for new client acquisitions, and actively participating in high‑value, multi‑discipline firm pitches.
- Direct the operational resource planning for the team, establishing clear project frameworks and briefing senior managers and supervisors to ensure execution strictly aligns with quality and compliance benchmarks.
Key Qualifications
