Lead the technical delivery of high-profile commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role
- Manage MEP coordination, design reviews, technical compliance, commissioning, and handover.
- Support tender submissions, client pitches, and pre-construction activities.
- Work closely with design, project delivery, and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure quality, programme, and building regulation requirements are achieved across all projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, landlords, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Strong Technical Services or MEP management experience within commercial fit-out.
- Proven track record across pre-construction, design management, and project delivery.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of BREEAM, SKA, and sustainable building practices is advantageous.
