Technical Services Manager | London
Lead the technical delivery of high-profile commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role
- Manage MEP coordination, design reviews, technical compliance, commissioning, and handover
- Support tender submissions, client pitches, and pre-construction activities
- Work closely with design, project delivery, and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure quality, programme, and building regulation requirements are achieved across all projects
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, landlords, and subcontractors
- Strong Technical Services or MEP management experience within commercial fit-out
- Proven track record across pre-construction, design management, and project delivery
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification preferred
- Knowledge of BREEAM, SKA, and sustainable building practices is advantageous
- £85K - £100K + Package
