An established Design & Build contractor is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor to join a major £12m commercial office fit-out project in London.
This is a long-term freelance opportunity for a commercially strong individual with experience working on large-scale Design & Build and commercial fit-out projects.
The Role:
• Up to £500 per day
• 12-month freelance contract
• £12m commercial office fit-out project
• London-based
• ASAP start
• Full commercial responsibility
• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Cost control, forecasting and reporting
• Valuations and payment applications
• Variations and change management
• Final accounts
• Close involvement with the project delivery team
• Strong commercial fit-out / D&B experience
A strong opportunity to secure a year-long freelance position on a significant London project.
