The role will involve:

• Leading CAT A and CAT B projects from initial concept through to completion, taking ownership of client pitches and work-winning strategy
• Securing and delivering projects ranging from £250k to £2m+
• Overseeing and aligning the design, pre-con, and delivery functions across your projects
• Using your technical expertise to develop compelling, high-quality solutions for top-tier London clients

Salary and commission:

• Up to £100k base salary
• A highly attractive commission structure, with expected earnings of £25k+ per annum
• Uncapped earning potential, with scope to earn significantly more
