Are you a well-connected commercial real estate professional with a strong network across agents, project managers, quantity surveyors and corporate occupiers?
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded, highly personable individual who understands the London workplace market and knows how to turn relationships into genuine business opportunities.
The Role
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining senior relationships across the commercial real estate market, identifying upcoming projects and connecting the business with key decision-makers.
The role will focus heavily on relationship development, market intelligence and opportunity generation, working closely with the wider Pre-Construction, Sales and Project teams to convert conversations into live opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial property agents, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Workplace Consultants and corporate real estate professionals.
- Leverage an existing network to generate introductions, referrals and new business opportunities.
- Identify upcoming office moves, refurbishments, fit-outs and workplace projects across London.
- Build a strong understanding of the London commercial real estate market and key players within it.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, property meetings and client engagements to build the company's profile.
- Arrange and attend meetings with key contacts and prospective clients.
- Maintain regular contact with existing relationships to ensure the business remains front of mind.
- Work closely with the Sales, Pre-Construction and Project teams to qualify and develop opportunities.
- Track market activity, upcoming projects and competitor movements to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of a targeted business development strategy across the London market.
- Represent the company professionally and build long-term relationships rather than relying solely on transactional sales activity.
About You
- Strong existing network across London's commercial real estate or workplace sector.
- Experience within commercial property, workplace, construction, fit-out or a related professional services environment.
- Established relationships with agents, PMs, QSs, surveyors and/or corporate occupiers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially astute with the ability to identify genuine opportunities from conversations and market intelligence.
- Confident engaging with senior decision-makers and industry professionals.
- Highly personable, credible and comfortable representing a premium D&B business in the market.
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven by generating new opportunities.
- A genuine passion for networking and building long-term professional relationships.
