The Role

  • You’ll be responsible for coordinating allocated design packages throughout delivery, ensuring information is technically robust, buildable, compliant and aligned with programme requirements.

  • You’ll also gain exposure to:
    • Structural alterations
    • Existing building constraints
    • Strip-out works
    • Services integration
    • Construction sequencing
    • Design Release Schedules (DRS)
    • Technical coordination within live refurbishment environments

What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience within a Design Manager, Assistant Design Manager or Technical Coordinator position within a Main Contractor
  • Commercial fit-out, refurbishment or Cut & Carve project experience
  • Strong understanding of construction detailing and buildability
  • Experience coordinating consultants and subcontractors within live projects
  • Revit and BIM coordination experience
  • Organised and proactive approach with strong technical problem-solving ability
