The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and helping to develop a strong pipeline of future projects.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Generating opportunities through outbound calls, networking and relationship building
- Developing connections with commercial property professionals across the market
- Identifying upcoming office relocations, refurbishments and workplace projects
- Managing and nurturing a pipeline of prospective clients
- Working closely with internal teams to convert opportunities into live projects
- Attending industry events and building your market presence
