This opportunity sits within an established global design and build business delivering projects across both workplace and life sciences environments. They're looking for a designer who is equally comfortable developing concepts, presenting ideas to clients and leading projects through to delivery. You'll be working on a variety of projects ranging from workplace refurbishments and restacks through to more technically demanding life sciences schemes, collaborating closely with clients, consultants and delivery teams throughout.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading projects from concept design through to construction documentation
- Presenting and pitching ideas to clients
- Producing and overseeing design packages in Revit
- Coordinating with MEP, lighting, AV and specialist consultants
- Mentoring and supporting junior designers
- Working closely with wider design, construction and business development teams
