Job Description
One of the leading companies in the D&B fit-out sector, are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to join their team. This role offers the chance to lead the entire project life cycle—from winning work and managing the front-end tender process to overseeing the successful delivery of projects. If you have a proven track record in traditional fit-out and are ready to take charge of projects from start to finish, this is a fantastic opportunity.\\n\\n The Role:\\nAs Project Director, you will lead the entire project process, from securing new business through competitive tendering to ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
You will collaborate closely with design, estimating, and delivery teams to produce high-quality, competitive tenders and manage projects through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\\n\\n Key Responsibilities:\\n \\nLead the front-end process, driving the creation of competitive and compelling tenders to secure new projects. \\nManage the entire life cycle of projects, from initial bid through to successful delivery, ensuring high standards are maintained at every stage. \\nOversee the coordination between design, estimating, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
\\nTake ownership of client relationships throughout the project, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and securing repeat business. \\nEnsure the smooth handover from tender to delivery, overseeing the execution phase to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. \\nMaintain a strong focus on quality, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with client expectations.
