This role sits at the centre of a fast-moving, design-led bid team, supporting the delivery of visually strong, well-structured submissions from first receipt through to post-tender interview. It offers exposure to the full bid lifecycle, close collaboration with designers and directors, and the chance to develop both creative and commercial skills within a supportive, hands-on environment. What this role gives you:
- Involvement across the entire bid process, not just one stage

The day-to-day Bid coordination:
- Supporting bids from receipt through to post-tender interview
- Attending kick-off meetings and helping shape actions, deadlines and return formats
- Setting up and maintaining bid folders, document control and versioning
- Tracking deadlines and coordinating inputs to keep submissions on track
Concept & template support:
- Supporting concept bid designs alongside Project Designers and Directors
- Coordinating layouts, diagrams, imagery and supporting graphics
- Building tender templates including CVs, case studies and generic pages
- Ensuring everything aligns with the agreed concept, structure and client brand
Content & quality:
- Proofreading and sense-checking written content for clarity and consistency
- Flagging areas that need refinement or clearer messaging
- Supporting content shaping to ensure submissions are client-focused and readable
- Completing client research templates to inform tone of voice and narrative
Collaboration & presentation:
- Coordinating input from designers, directors and wider contributors
- Supporting workshops and concept sessions when required
- Preparing mid-tender and post-tender interview presentations
- Ensuring presentations are clear, cohesive and aligned with the bid story
