Role Overview: To lead the design of innovative, impactful workplace solutions. In this collaborative role, you’ll work closely with the Project Director, Project Manager, and other team members, including visualizers and graphic designers, to bring client visions to life. Key Responsibilities Understand, analyse, and develop client briefs Ensure designs meet industry regulations and best practices Balance creativity with functionality to deliver innovative workplace solutions Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and stay within budget Provide clear and concise updates to clients and internal teams at every stage of the project Effectively present the commercial benefits of the design to clients Required Skills & Attributes Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial design Strong technical skills and attention to detail Excellent commercial awareness and ability to manage design projects under pressure Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
