As a Technical Designer, you play a key role in the smooth running and delivery of projects. Using your technical expertise, you'll take ownership of producing detailed construction packages in Revit, ensuring designs are fully coordinated, buildable and delivered to the highest standard. You'll be confident advising on feasibility, building regulations and technical solutions, working closely with both internal teams and external partners throughout.
This role is fully Revit-based within a leading Design & Build workplace company, giving you real ownership across projects - from early-stage design development and pitch input through to delivery on site. You'll be working on high-profile workplace fit-out schemes, engaging with the nuances of each building and aligning technical solutions with both client expectations and design intent.
Alongside technical delivery, you'll bring a strong commercial awareness - able to design within budget, manage tight programmes and contribute to work-winning activity where needed.
- Lead the production of detailed technical drawing packages in Revit
