We’re looking for an experienced and commercially aware Project Manager to lead construction delivery across residential and commercial schemes. You will oversee one or two projects at a time, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery from tender handover through to completion.

Working closely with the Directors and site teams, you’ll coordinate programme planning, manage site resources, and ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from tender to completion, including final account.
  • Coordinate programme planning, site activities, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Support commercial oversight, including cost tracking, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Act as senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop Site Managers, embedding strong project governance.
  • Contribute to operational scaling and process improvements.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record delivering high-end residential and/or commercial projects (£500k–£5m+).
  • Experience at Project Manager level within a principal contractor environment.
  • Exposure to JCT contracts and structured project delivery processes.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and analytical skills.
  • Confident stakeholder and client management capability.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
  • Experience with digital project management platforms (Procore or similar) advantageous.
