This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, supporting leaders day-to-day while also improving systems, processes and the overall people function.
Youโll take ownership across:
- HR systems & HRIS integration โ improving processes, data quality and reporting
- Employee Relations โ confidently managing ER cases and coaching managers
- Recruitment & onboarding โ supporting hiring across operational and professional roles
- Performance management โ embedding effective processes and increasing accountability
- Employee engagement โ developing and implementing practical engagement initiatives
- People data & benchmarking โ using MI, trends and external benchmark data to support decisions
- Manager capability โ giving leaders the tools, processes and guidance to manage their teams effectively
- Continuous improvement โ identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and strengthen HR processes
Weโre particularly interested in candidates with experience gained within manufacturing, logistics, distribution or a similarly operational environment.
Youโll ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent), commercially minded, systems-focused and comfortable operating autonomously while remaining very hands-on.
This is a fully on-site role in Milton Keynes and would suit someone looking for genuine ownership and the opportunity to help drive a people function forward.
