A high-growth business is seeking a commercially focused Head of FP&A to lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis across a multi-entity environment. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow planning, KPI reporting, and business performance analysis in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead FP&A and management reporting activities
  • Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
  • Produce board-level reporting and commercial insights
  • Support strategic growth and investment readiness initiatives
  • Drive financial process improvement and reporting accuracy
  • Partner with operational stakeholders to improve decision-making

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience
  • Background in fast-paced, scaling, distribution-led businesses
  • Experience within a Big Four or private equity-backed environment, with exposure to M&A transactions, investment activities, and exit-readiness initiatives.
  • Experience with board reporting and financial analysis
  • Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded approach
