A high-growth business is seeking a commercially focused Head of FP&A to lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis across a multi-entity environment. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow planning, KPI reporting, and business performance analysis in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A and management reporting activities
- Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling

Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

- Experience within a Big Four or private equity-backed environment, with exposure to M&A transactions, investment activities, and exit-readiness initiatives.
- Experience with board reporting and financial analysis
