We are exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed compliance and services group to appoint an experienced HR Director during a key phase of strategic growth and acquisition activity. This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded HR professional who can scale people operations, strengthen leadership capability, and support ambitious growth plans.

The Role

  • Developing and delivering the HR strategy aligned to business growth
  • Supporting organisational scaling and workforce planning

About You

  • Senior HR leadership experience within a scaling organisation

  • Background in leadership development and employee engagement
  • Experience within acquisitive or PE-backed environments advantageous
  • CIPD Level 7 preferred
