We are partnering exclusively with a growing and ambitious business within the construction, compliance and project delivery sector to appoint a senior Programme Director / Delivery Operations Director. This is a pivotal leadership appointment reporting directly to the COO / Managing Director, with responsibility for leading and developing a multi-disciplinary function spanning Pre-Construction, Commercial, Project Delivery and Operational Delivery teams.

We're looking to engage with proven leaders who have built their careers delivering complex programmes, driving operational excellence, improving commercial performance and creating accountability across large-scale project portfolios. Key themes include:

This is an office and site-based leadership role and can suit individuals located across the Midlands through to the South West, including Birmingham, Worcester, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol and surrounding areas. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth and requires a leader capable of bringing pace, structure and visibility to delivery whilst building a high-performing culture that consistently delivers for clients.
