The predicted salary is between 80000 - 120000 € per year.

We’re exclusively partnering with a high-growth, premium UK business operating in the interior design, architectural products, and construction supply sector, entering a critical phase of scale.

A strong brand. High-quality product. Deep industry credibility. Now it needs a commercial leader who can transform that strength into predictable, scalable, margin-rich revenue, and position the business for investment, expansion, or exit.

The Opportunity

This is a build, align, and scale mandate across a specification-led, trade, and multi-channel commercial model. You will take full ownership of the commercial engine across:

  • specification sales (architects, designers, contractors)
  • trade and distribution channels
  • key accounts and partnerships
  • retail / showroom / e-commerce (where relevant)
  • marketing and commercial development

Your role is to evolve the business from strong relationships into a structured, data-led, high-performance commercial organisation.

The Brief

  • Drive revenue and margin growth through specification-led and trade channel expansion
  • Embed CRM-led pipeline discipline (HubSpot or equivalent) across all commercial activity
  • Build a data-led, accountable commercial culture with clear forecasting and conversion discipline
  • Develop and expand architectural, contractor, developer, and trade relationships
  • Identify and unlock new markets, channels, and product/application opportunities
  • Position the business for investment, strategic growth, or exit

What You’ll Own

  • Full P&L responsibility for commercial performance
  • Pipeline management, forecasting, and conversion across all channels
  • Weekly commercial cadence: pipeline reviews, project tracking, deal accountability
  • Leadership of multi-functional commercial teams (sales, marketing, key accounts, BD)
  • Commercial input into pricing strategy, product positioning, and specification strategy
  • Growth initiatives across new sectors, geographies, and partner networks
  • Support for investment readiness, M&A activity, or exit planning

What We’re Looking For

This is a growth and transformation leadership role — not maintenance. You will likely bring:

  • Proven experience delivering scalable revenue growth in construction, interiors, architectural products, or premium B2B environments
  • Experience in specification-led selling (architects, designers, contractors, developers)
  • Strong commercial leadership across multi-channel routes to market
  • Deep understanding of pipeline discipline and CRM-led sales environments
  • Experience in margin improvement, pricing strategy, and value-based selling
  • Exposure to PE-backed, investment-led, or high-growth SME environments
  • Ability to operate at board level while remaining close to customers and deals

The Profile

  • Commercially disciplined, with strong ownership of numbers and outcomes
  • Comfortable operating in a project-led or specification-driven sales environment
  • Data-driven, structured, and operationally rigorous
  • Hands-on when needed — especially in key deals or strategic accounts
  • Motivated by building a scalable, enterprise-value commercial organisation

Why This Role

  • Opportunity to shape the next stage of a premium built-environment business
  • Strong foundation already in place — now ready for structured scale
  • Clear pathway towards investment, growth acceleration, or exit
  • Significant autonomy and direct influence with shareholders / board
