As CHRO, you'll sit on the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO, and play a critical role in driving organisational scale, leadership capability, culture, and enterprise value. This is a highly commercial people leadership role where success will be measured by your ability to build an investment-grade people platform that accelerates growth, productivity, EBITDA performance, and shareholder value.
