An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to join a high-growth organisation within the travel and cruise sector. This is a pivotal executive role, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, drive performance, and position the division for future investment and exit.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will take full responsibility for the financial leadership of the Cruise division. Working closely with the executive team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial strength, scalability, and long-term value creation.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational capability - someone who can balance high-level financial planning with hands-on leadership. Importantly, this is not a traditional reporting role. It is a commercially focused CFO position, partnering closely with the CEO to improve margins, optimise cash performance, support US and European expansion, and build the financial infrastructure required for international scale.

- Multi-currency international trading environments
- US and European markets
