KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and deliver the end-to-end digital transformation roadmap
- Translate business objectives into prioritised technology initiatives
- Lead build vs buy vs integrate decisions with a commercial mindset
- Ensure technology investment is driven by outcomes, not tools
Business Partnership & Communication
- Act as a senior partner to Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and other key functions
- Understand business pain points and opportunities
- Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language
- Shift perception of IT from a “gatekeeper” to proactive enabler
Automation & AI Enablement
- Identify and prioritise opportunities for automation across the business
- Lead responsible use of AI to reduce manual effort and improve decision‑making
- Pilot initiatives quickly, measure impact, and scale what delivers value
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, ethical, and commercially viable
Delivery, Governance & Risk
- Take accountability for delivery, timelines, and measurable outcomes
