We’re working with a growing fit-out contractor looking for someone from a pre-con / estimating background to step into a more commercial, client-facing role.

- Taking projects from early-stage client discussions through to contract award
- Owning pricing, scope and commercial strategy
- Working directly with clients, designers and delivery teams
- Leading cost planning, value engineering and negotiations
