  • Taking projects from early-stage client discussions through to contract award
  • Owning pricing, scope and commercial strategy
  • Working directly with clients, designers and delivery teams
  • Leading cost planning, value engineering and negotiations
  • Handing over clean, well-structured projects into delivery
