We are exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed compliance and services group to appoint an experienced HR Director during a key phase of strategic growth and acquisition activity. This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded HR professional who can scale people operations, strengthen leadership capability, and support ambitious growth plans.
The Role
- Developing and delivering the HR strategy aligned to business growth
- Supporting organisational scaling and workforce planning
- Improving employee engagement, retention, and performance

About You
- Senior HR leadership experience within a scaling organisation

- Experience within acquisitive or PE-backed environments advantageous
- CIPD Level 7 preferred
