As Head of Pre-Construction, you’ll lead one of the most commercially important functions in the business - shaping winning bids, de-risking delivery and building a scalable pre-construction capability that fuels the next stage of growth, working hand-in-hand with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
What You’ll Do Lead all pre-construction activity, from first client conversation to project mobilisation.
Own bid strategy, programme, construction methodology, cost planning and procurement strategy.
Shape winning, buildable solutions that set our client apart in competitive tenders.
Partner with Design, Commercial, Furniture and Delivery for a seamless, integrated approach.
Build and mentor a growing pre-construction team across the UK and EMEA.
