A high-growth business is seeking a commercially focused Head of FP A to lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis across a multi-entity environment.
This role will partner closely with senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow planning, KPI reporting, and business performance analysis in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities Lead FP A and management reporting activities Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Produce board-level reporting and commercial insights Support strategic growth and investment readiness initiatives Drive financial process improvement and reporting accuracy Partner with operational stakeholders to improve decision-making Requirements Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Strong FP A and commercial finance experience Background in fast-paced, scaling, distribution-led businesses Experience within a Big Four or private equity-backed environment, with exposure to M A transactions, investment activities, and exit-readiness initiatives.
