Role Description This full-time or part-time Chartered General Practice Valuer role is based in The City of Brighton and Hove. The role involves undertaking property inspections, preparing detailed valuation (lending and general Red Book) reports, and providing expert advice across residential and commercial assets. Daily responsibilities include liaising with estate agency and auction teams, conducting market research, analyzing comparable evidence, and ensuring valuations comply with relevant professional standards and regulations. The valuer will engage directly with clients, explain valuation outcomes clearly, respond to queries, and support transactions by providing timely and accurate professional input. Qualifications
- Strong grounding in general practice valuations, with experience working alongside Estate Agents and related property professionals.
