Are you a tech-savvy, compassionate individual with a passion for helping others? We\’re looking for Telecare Installers to join our team and support the transition to digital smart devices for vulnerable residents across Lewisham.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Visiting customers daily across Lewisham to remove old analogue telecare devices and install new digital smart units.
- Testing devices to ensure full functionality and explaining how they work to users in a clear, reassuring way.
- Providing excellent service with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Acting as a vital communication link between customers, your team, and Telecare Officers.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, particularly supporting vulnerable people.
- A natural aptitude for technology – confident using and explaining digital devices.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A fast learner with a basic understanding of telecare services.
- Someone who is reliable, organised, and comfortable working to a set schedule of home visits.
Additional Requirements:
- Access to your own vehicle suitable for work travel.
- Business insurance covering work-related driving.
- A clean driving licence.
