For Companies Kenna Recruitment are representing a tier one contractor, who are in the market for a Technical Services Manager to join their team. This project is a large scheme within the life science sector.

About the role:
As a Technical Services Manager, you\’ll be liaising with the management team, giving regular updates on progression and where they\’re at with deadlines. You will also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly, safely, and on time, meeting the project programme while making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in commercial fit-out and be mechanically biased.
Responsibilities:
- Regular updates and reports
- Completion and commissioning work
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Managing the sub-contractors
Requirements:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First aid certification
