Slingers – Top Main Contractor (Devonport Plymouth) – Permanent

An great opportunity to join this truly unique, flagship infrastructure project on a permanent basis. Long term work available for 5 years (until 2030).

Candidates must have the correct cards and tickets and be looking for a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.

PAYE basis

On Offer:

1. Rate of £19.50 – £39.00 per hour
2. Monday – Friday – Flat rate first 39 hours
3. Time and a half after 39 hours
4. Weekend work on a shift rotation
5. Lodge / Mileage paid depending on distance
6. Pension
7. 30 days paid holiday including Bank Holidays
8. Paid training and upskilling
9. Secure regular income

Weekend shift rotation:

1. Saturday – First 4 hours\’ time & a half – after 4 hours double time
2. Sunday – Double time

Essential:

1. A full understanding of all duties required for a Slinger on major projects.
2. Skilled worker with a strong knowledge of all types of lifts and loads including blind lifts!
3. Experience working with heavy RC / extensive concrete works is highly desirable.
4. CPCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker)
