We are currently seeking a Facades Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a major build, ensuring the project runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming & Site Setup: Lead the preparation and programming of the site, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth project start. Oversee the setup, including the provision of necessary scaffold and highways licenses.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and guide your team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all stages of the project. Ensure that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and that tasks are completed on schedule.
- Cost Control & Prelims Reporting: Monitor and control project costs, including managing preliminaries. Provide accurate and timely reports on project progress, costs, and any potential issues to senior management.
- Licensing & Compliance: Secure all required licenses and permits, including scaffold and highways licenses, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Quality Assurance & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of quality across all aspects of the facades works. Ensure a strong safety culture on-site, implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facades construction and site management.
- Strong understanding of site programming, logistics, and project coordination.
- Demonstrated experience with cost control, including managing preliminaries and budgets.
- Knowledge of obtaining and managing scaffold and highways licenses.
