Shopfitter Site Lead Location: Various Supermarket Sites (Travel Required) Pay: £150-£200 per day (depending on experience) Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Shopfitter Site Lead to join our growing installation team. This hands-on role involves leading a small team (3-4 workers) on site visits to supermarkets across the region, installing electric strips onto aisle labels. As the Site Lead, you\’ll be responsible for collecting the team in a company van, driving to job locations, and overseeing the installation process to ensure the work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Drive a company van and collect team members each workday Lead the team on-site during supermarket installations Attach electric strips onto aisle labels (training provided) Ensure all work is completed to company and client standards Maintain site safety and follow installation procedures Communicate clearly with clients and project managers Requirements: Valid UK driving licence CSCS card (required to work on site) Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a small team Flexibility to travel and occasionally work unsociable hours Reliability and a strong work ethic What We Offer: Competitive daily rate: £150-£200/day (based on experience and performance) Ongoing work across various sites Company van provided for work use Opportunity to grow with a fast-paced and supportive team
