This leading residential developer, based in London, is actively looking for a Senior Technical Manager for a major new scheme it will be starting in the next 3 months.
The scheme consists of 450 units, all of which are RC Frame apartments, with a mixture of Social and Build to Rent. You will be site-based in North London and have a build time of 3 years from start to finish.
As the lead Senior Technical Manager, you will be based on site as part of a Commercial, Production, and Design Team. You will manage the consultant engineers for all design-related issues and buildability of the project, ensuring all agreements and certificates are in place to build the project. You will manage the scope of the design and the quality of the build, assisting the Project Manager with all timely information required to manage the project within time and budget.
You should currently be working as a Senior Technical Manager or Senior Design Manager for another residential developer, or be a highly experienced consultant engineer or architect who has seen residential schemes through from start to finish.
