About the Role:
We are partnered with an International Bank who are looking for a Senior Pricing Partner to join their Reading team. They are looking for someone capable of leading pricing strategies across their products and services, driving profitability and competitiveness. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, shaping pricing frameworks that align with business goals and market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimise revenue and market share.
- Conduct market analysis to assess competitor pricing, customer trends, and economic conditions.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and finance teams to align pricing with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse pricing performance to ensure profitability and recommend adjustments.
- Provide insights and reporting on pricing impacts, trends, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies related to pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pricing, finance, or strategy, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and financial modelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
