As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, execution, and optimization of our clients' paid media campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing ROI through innovative strategies and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid media strategies on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Agency experience beneficial!
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
