Senior Façade Consultant & Project Manager
Location: London

We are pleased to be helping our client fill a new role within their small London team, which has come about due to volume of work. They are seeking a Senior Façade Consultant focusing on managing projects up to multi-million pounds in value.
Working alongside the Senior Associate, you will be conscious of deadlines and liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure these are met. Projects are primarily refurbishment, redesign, and recladding, and you will work on schemes from social housing to science research centres – so certainly a varied workload!
The role in brief:
- Provide project procurement, design & specifications, schedule, budget, and site monitoring
- Ensure high quality bespoke façade solutions
- Assist engineers & design team
- Carry out site inspections, liaising at all levels to ensure quality of manufacturing and installation, including testing
- Undertake survey & investigation when required
About you:
- Degree: MSc, MEng, RIBA/ARB or other relevant qualification
- MIStructE, MCIBSE, RIBA/ARB membership desirable
- At least 7 years’ experience working within the façade industry, including curtain walling, SFS, and façade systems
- Previous project management experience
- Team leading experience
- Proficient in relevant software such as CMAP, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Adobe
