Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer seeking a new role in the Worthing area?

Our client is an established practice in operation since the mid 1980\’s, however has recently undergone a modern transformation with new directors at the helm, new offices and IT system in place.

You will be taking over an existing caseload of Residential Property maters which includes unregistered land, freehold & leasehold sales, re-mortgages, auction sales, equity releases, shared ownerships and RTBs. Any experience with lease extensions, enfranchisement or commercial property work would be an added advantage.

Joining a property team of 4, the successful individual will be fully supported – although should be IT literate and have experience using Case Management systems.

This role offers a generous salary, 25 days annual leave entitlement and a chance to join the firms Partnership/Directorship in the future. Some WFH on offer.

Office operating hours are Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00 pm
