Regional General Manager – Scotland

£70,000 – £75,000 pa + benefits
A self-motivated Regional General Manager with strong leadership qualities, needed to take overall responsibility for a multi-site time-sensitive busy operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a logistics professional that is a natural leader to make a difference. Must have client-facing experience, and vast experience of managing multi-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing this busy operation on a day-to-day basis; coordinating the time-sensitive operation to ensure effective use of resources across all functions.
- Planning the operation to ensure targets and stringent time restraints are met.
- Continuously improve operational and financial efficiencies.
- Delivering the P&L; preparing and analysing weekly and monthly reports and ensuring the information is accurate.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE and HR.
Key Skills/Experience:
- A strong attention to detail.
- Strong planning and organising proficiencies.
- Confident and articulate communication abilities.
- Ideally you will have a CPC.
- Highly developed people management and delegation skills, with the ability to develop individual team members to their full potential.
- Excellent IT skills.
- P&L management experience with the ability to manage and develop KPIs.
