Your Role as a Reception Teacher
As our new Reception Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Create a warm and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel supported and encouraged to learn and grow.
Foster children\'s early literacy, numeracy, and social skills through creative and interactive teaching strategies.
Monitor and assess children\'s progress, providing targeted support to help them achieve their individual learning goals.
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child\'s development and well-being.
Collaborate with the Early Years team to enhance teaching and learning across the Reception year.
What We\'re Looking For
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and a passion for Early Years education.
Experience teaching in Early Years, ideally in a Reception setting.
A strong understanding of child development and effective play-based learning strategies.
A creative and engaging teaching style that excites and motivates young learners.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate.
