About the Role
My client is seeking a driven Project Manager with a few years' experience in consultancy-side construction project delivery to join our expanding London team. You'll manage high-profile projects from feasibility through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
About the Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a construction consultancy or client-side project management role
- Degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of UK construction contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC)
- Membership or working towards membership of RICS, APM, or similar is advantageous
About the Salary
Salary is negotiable, dependent on the individual's experience but up to £60,000.
