This bespoke construction consultancy based in London is actively looking to bring on a Project Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
The successful Project Manager will be involved in the hands-on Project Delivery through the early design stages to the contractor handover across a number of sectors. Each Project Manager is responsible for Retail, Education, and Fit Out schemes, as well as the new work currently being scheduled, a 50m Mixed Use/Cinema Project.
Project Manager Requirements
The role requires a background working within the UK Construction market as a Project Manager or Employers Agent. This can be with a Main Contractor or Consultancy as long as the previous sector experience matches their pipeline mentioned.
